ARM Expertise is a consulting and financial intermediation company. It is located in Abidjan in Ivory Coast in the commune of Plateau.
The ambition of ARM Expertise is to support the development of the activities of local entrepreneurs and large companies; in west Africa. The firm is managed by Mr. Arnaud KEBE who has more than 17 years of experience in the field of finance and audit. He has a varied experience in the financial sector (Banking, microfinance, Insurance) and in the oil sector.
From February 2021 to December 2023; he was Managing Director of Witti Finances, a Méso Finances that launched its activities in 2021 after the successful takeover of an existing microfinance company. From 2013 to 2020 Arnaud was Chief Financial Officer and Director in several companies and Joint Ventures of the Vivo Energy Group, in particular:

From 2005 to 2013, he held the position of financial auditor in the international firms Deloitte West Africa and KPMG Guinea, with a Senior Manager position. Arnaud was in charge of the Banks and Financial Institutions portfolio within these firms, and led several due diligence assignments for the acquisition and valuation of companies.
